The Standard Club Asia and Ping An Property & Casualty (Ping An P&C) have signed off on their China protection-and-indemnity co-operation agreement.
They aim to offer P&I cover to China’s rapidly-growing shipowning sector, with a focus on owners undertaking ocean-going voyages.
Standard Asia’s managing director David Roberts and Jane Lee, the general manager of Ping An P&C’s reinsurance department signed, the agreement on Thursday.
