Idan Ofer’s Quantum Pacific has struck a deal to restructure Pacific Drilling alongside a previously hostile group of bondholders.
The agreement marks a major breakthrough in the process following over a year of negotiations which had seen the two camps come up with rival proposals to recapitalize the company.
