Qatar's Nakilat has taken a controlling 55% stake in an Excelerate Energy's floating storage and regasification units which is currently deployed in Pakistan.
The new joint-venture company own the controlling stake in the150,900-cbm FSRU Exquisite (built 2009) which has a peak regasification rate of 745 million cubic feet per day and is located at Port Qasim in Pakistan.
