UK shipbroker Clarksons has seen its value soar as investors reacted with enthusiasm to its latest trading update.
The London-listed shop said earlier on Friday that it was set to beat analysts’ profit forecasts for its annual results after a strong second half to 2024.
The stock jumped by more than 8% on Friday morning to £42.02
