Iranian tankers have disappeared from around the country’s largest crude export terminal after intelligence reports raised fears of an imminent Israeli attack on energy infrastructure.
Satellite imagery showed at least 10 large tankers at anchorage at the end of September.
By the end of last week, the VLCCs controlled by Iranian National Tanker Co had gone.
