Seven shadow LNG carriers associated with shipments from Russia’s Arctic projects have been sanctioned by the US on the eve of Ukrainian Independence Day.
The US Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control said it is targeting 400 individuals and entities whose products and services enable Russia to sustain its war effort and evade sanctions, as it continues its support for Ukraine.
