Shipowner and supplier Avenir LNG is being named as having agreed to charter one of its two freshly contracted LNG bunker vessel newbuildings to Vitol.
Bunker brokers indicated that the trader has snapped up the first of Avenir’s 20,000-cbm LNGBVs after floating a requirement in the market for three vessels to serve its emerging LNG bunkering business.
