Independent shareholders have backed Taylor Maritime Investments’ plan to take full control of Singapore subsidiary Grindrod Shipping.
An extraordinary meeting of Grindrod investors voted 96% in favour of the move.
London-listed bulker owner TMI’s Good Falkirk unit, which owns 82.33% of Grindrod, did not take part.
