US oil and gas company Chesapeake Energy has inked a deal to buy LNG from Delfin Midstream’s planned floating LNG production units in the US Gulf.
Chesapeake signed a sale-and-purchase agreement under which it will buy about 0.5m tonnes per annum from Delfin LNG from a start date in 2028.
