Cadeler chief executive Mikkel Gleerup says he is “humbled and happy” that his company will get to work with Eneti’s team following the merger announced on Friday morning.
The BW Group and Scorpio Group wind-farm vessel operations are coming together in an all-stock deal.
Gleerup told TradeWinds he is not going into details of how long the two sides have been working on the transaction.
