Taiwanese liner company Yang Ming Marine Transport is poised to order a series of neo-panamax container ships as part of its fleet renewal programme.
The company disclosed that it was given the green light by its board of directors to order up to 13 newbuildings of between 8,000 teu and 15,000 teu as part of its “new fleet optimisation plan”.
