A Ukrainian official has said Russia-flag vessels are soon to be “forcibly seized” at a ship repair yard in Izmail.
The Ukrinform news agency cited Maksym Marchenko, head of the Odessa Regional Military Administration, as saying the country’s cabinet of ministers will soon decide to go ahead with the seizures.
He added Russian vessels are currently being repaired on the Danube in the southern city on the border with Romania.
