Houston-headquartered Excelerate Energy is planning to launch an initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange.
Excelerate said on Monday that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the US Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed IPO of its Class A common stock.
