Libyan oil production has suffered another setback, with the National Oil Corp (NOC) cutting production to perform much-needed facilities maintenance.
The company said it had all the technical equipment in place to begin scaling back production on the main crude oil pumping line linking Samah and Al Dhahra fields to Sidra port.
