Zeaborn Ship Management chief executive Rob Grool is stepping down at the German vessel operator.
A spokesman for parent Zech Group told TradeWinds that the official leaving date for the veteran boss is 1 January next year.
But he added that the company's chief operating officer Michael Brandhoff will take over the operational reins in mid-November, due to leave accrued by Grool that needs to be taken.
