Britannia P&I has recruited Kate Kim as general manager of B Korea, its recently launched exclusive South Korean correspondent.
South Korea represents 9% of Britannia’s total entered tonnage and is a key market for the London-headquartered mutual.
Britannia chief executive Andrew Cutler said: “Her claims and customer service experience will enhance the service levels provided to members in Korea as well as help grow Britannia P&I’s business in the region.”
