BW LPG has launched its offer for Norway's Aurora LPG at a higher price.
The Oslo-listed Singapore company said it was paying NOK 16 ($1.93) in cash or NOK 7.40 plus 0.3175 new shares.
BW had been looking to pay NOK 12.30 per share, but said on 3 October a higher price of NOK 13.55 per share had been set.
The price is a premium of approximately 45% to the closing price on Oslo Axess on 16 September, the last trading day prior to BW LPG's announcement regarding acquisition of Aurora.
