Underwriters including Aspen Underwriting are to contest a $22m bulker scuttling case in the UK's highest court.
The Supreme Court said it had granted leave to appeal a ruling in the court of appeal last November that found in favour of Netherlands-based, Turkish-owned Credit Europe Bank.
The case will be heard before court president Lady Hale, Lord Lloyd-Jones and Lady Arden, but no date has yet been set.
