Seabulk Tankers is no longer seeking the arrest of a GasChem Services LPG carrier in a $2.9m legal dispute in Texas.
According to a letter of undertaking obtained by TradeWinds, the Seacor Holdings subsidiary agreed not to pursue the 17,000-cbm GasChem Nordsee (built 2009) in a lawsuit filed in the US federal court for the Southern District of Texas earlier this month.
