Navig8’s VLCC pool is planning an appeal after its bad fuel lawsuit against Glencore was thrown out.
VL8 Pool filed papers with the US court of appeals for the second district late last week indicating it would appeal a 27 December decision from US district Judge Andrew Carter dismissing its 2020 suit against the commodities trader.
