Danish police have arrested 28 Russian seafarers on suspicion of "illegal work" on two unnamed tugs.
The seafarers were held in Rodbyhavn, the South Zealand and Lolland-Falster police said.
"The case has been investigated for a long time and has taken place in close collaboration with SIRI [the Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration]," the police added.
