A federal judge in New York is weighing requests for a judgment in a three-year court fight between Borealis Maritime and a long-time business associate of chief executive Christoph Toepfer.
The battle pits the UK-based investment firm against New York’s Energy Transportation Group (ETG), a firm led by Kimball Chen that has alleged that it was cut out of its share of Borealis’ shipping market success.
