The Norwegian Hull Club is to pay its shipowner members a 12% premium rebate after a positive technical underwriting result in 2021.
Last year the club reported an increase in gross premiums to $284.4m, compared to $229.9m in the previous year. It improved its post-tax profit to $37.8m, compared to $34.8m in 2020.
With no major claims recorded in the year its technical underwriting result improved from $15m to $54m in 2021.
