Protection and indemnity clubs are involved in a battle for talent as an increasingly complex industry demands a larger pool of skilled employees, the CEO of Steamship Mutual told TradeWinds.
Jonathan Andrews said Steamship Mutual was in competition with other P&I clubs and industries for emerging talent and more could be done to make jobs in the sector more attractive.
