The Britannia Steam Ship Insurance Association is further spreading its reach with the opening of an outpost in Copenhagen.
The move is part of an ongoing expansion of the Britannia protection and indemnity club’s network that should soon see the opening of offices in Greece and Singapore and an upgrading of its presence in Japan and Hong Kong.
The club is also to invest in a new IT system that might cost about $10m over the next couple of years.
