Wartsila has struck a deal for the maintenance of six new LNG carriers owned by Nigeria LNG Ltd (NLNG).
The Finnish company will monitor and service the engines on the vessels and will deliver spare parts as well.
This contract is a first of its kind for Wartsila in Africa and the company said it marks the beginning of a new era of cooperation between the two parties.
