India’s Swan Energy has signed a heads of agreement with Nebula Energy-controlled AG&P LNG in a bid to breathe new life into its long-held plans to develop an LNG import terminal.
Swan said that under the HOA the two companies are considering forming a joint venture to supply LNG to India and other countries.
