Norway’s Stolt-Nielsen is buying out the remaining shareholders in its small-scale LNG carrier venture Avenir LNG.
The chemical tanker group said the compulsory offer is launching on Wednesday following the January buy-out of its former partners Golar LNG and the Hoegh family’s Aequitas.
