John Fredriksen's Avance Gas has scrapped a repair issue of shares after the price dropped.
The company raised $65m in a private placement on 9 April and had offered other investors the chance to maintain their holdings through a follow-on offering of 655,950 new shares at NOK 43 each.
This would have been worth NOK 27.2m
