Singapore VLGC owner Petredec is selling its controlling stake in LPG trader and vessel operator Carib LPG.
The shipping company said it is exiting the business it co-founded in 1990.
Its 60% shareholding in the British Virgin Islands-based operation is being bought for an undisclosed price by an investor group led by Tropical Energies Corporation (Trenco) and Windward Investment.
