The Greek owner has four 84,000-cbm ships on order at Hyundai Heavy Industries (HHI) and one has been taken by the oil major at some $38,000 per day or $1.14m per month, TradeWinds has learned.
The deal should mean solid business for Latsis as the newbuildings have a reported price tag of $77m to $78m each.
Latsis has in the last year sold the 82,000-cbm Hellas
