Keppel Corp has secured newbuilding orders for its first ever dual-fuel diesel LNG tugs, the company confirmed Wednesday.
They have been contracted at Keppel Singmarine by Keppel Smit Towage (KST) and Maju Maritime, who have ordered one unit each.
The two tugs are expected to use bunkering services provided by the Keppel-Shell joint venture company, FueLNG from 2018 onwards.
