Hyundai LNG Shipping’s main shareholders IMM Private Equity and IMM Investment Corp have teamed together in consortium to hoover up the outstanding shares in the South Korean shipowner.
The two companies upped their combined shareholdings from 79.23% to 100%, South Korean media reported on Monday.
