Finland's Gasum has completed its acquisition of Linde's LNG and biogas business in Sweden and Norway and Nauticor's marine bunkering activities.
The state-owned energy company said it closed its buyout on 30 April in Germany.
Gasum said the buy brings around 35 employees, a customer base and several assets.
