Epic Gas has raised $32.6m from a private placement that is expected to back further growth at the company.
The figure falls towards the bottom end of the $30m to $40m range Epic initially outlined for the fundraiser.
Epic, which is listed on the Merkur Market in Oslo, printed 18,438,035 new shares at NOK 15 each in a placement managed by DNB Markets.
