Italian energy company Eni has turned to China’s Wison (Nantong) Heavy Industries for a 2.4 million tonnes per annum floating LNG (FLNG) production unit that will be deployed in the Republic of the Congo.
Wison has scooped the engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning contract for a barge-based FLNG unit which will rank as the largest it has ever constructed.
