French energy company Engie’s LNG shipping and upstream activities are being picked over by potential bidders as the outfit reviews its business interests.
Key LNG players in France told TradeWinds they were “surprised” to learn, initially from reports in the French press, that Engie is in talks with energy major Total and other parties about a possible hiving off of some of its LNG assets.
