Bombay high court has ordered the sale of Varun Resources' fleet of six LPG carriers.
Domestic media reported that the decision was taken following legal action taken against the company, the parent of Varun Shipping, by vessel manager Darya Shipping, claiming it has not been paid to maintain the ships.
Darya was appointed last year by Varun's insolvency resolution professional (IRP) and the committee of creditors (CoC) to manage the fleet.
