Cosco Shipping Energy Transportation is looking to ramp up its LNG fleet after ringing in a stronger than expected profit for 2017.
Further newbuildings could be on the cards as the company targets a fleet of 38 LNG carriers by 2020, vice president Xiang Yongmin told a press briefing today.
This would mark a rise from the 16 LNG vessels the company had at the close of 2017, according to comments reported by Bloomberg.
