The China Merchants group has reportedly contracted a new LPG carrier at CSC Jinling Shipyard.
The 6,500-cbm ethylene/LPG ship will be delivered in 2020, brokers said.
No price was given for the order.
The deal is said to have been signed by China Merchants' Nanjing Yangyang unit.
The group is listed as controlling 355 ships, including eight LPG carriers.
