BW LPG will launch a takeover offer for Aurora LPG after upping its stake in the company for the second time this week.
Oslo-listed BW LPG picked up a further 877,813 shares in its rival yesterday taking its holding to 32.79%.
The VLGC market leader will now table an offer for Aurora, with an all-cash and a cash plus shares option available.
