Avance Gas: VLGC consolidation 'not over'

Consolidation in the VLGC market did not end with BW LPG’s takeover of Aruora LPG, Avance Gas says.

Oslo-listed Avance was a consolidation cheerleader before the VLGC market turned down and retains both interest and ambition in mergers and acquisitions.

Asked about consolidation during the company’s first quarter earnings presentation today, president Christian Andersen said: “We hope and we think that consolidation is not finished yet.”
