John Fredriksen's Avance Gas is remaining upbeat on VLGC prospects after giving a positive read on US production.
Speaking on a conference call with analysts, chief commercial officer Ben Martin said ship supply should get tighter again as market fundamentals move in owners' favour.
"The outlook for US production is now more positive than it has been for some time, and a stronger oil price should have a positive effect both on drilling new wells and also opening up some deliveries to the Far East," Martin said.
