Forth Ports has paid £95m ($149m) to acquire full control of the UK’s Tilbury Container Services (TCS) from its other shareholders.

Forth Ports has taken full control of TCS
Through its owner, Otter Port Holdings, it has bought out DP World and Associated British Ports (AB Ports) who together owned 67% of TCS.

Forth Ports has been a one third shareholder in TCS since 1998 along with partners DP World and AB Ports.
