Woo Ye-jong has taken the baton from Lim Ki-tack, who was elected as the new secretary general of IMO in late June, with effect from January.
Having already spent one month at his new position, Woo will look to materialize the growth plans of the world’s sixth largest container port.
He said: “My focus as CEO will be on strengthening the port’s competitiveness by improving efficiency and keeping control of costs.
