Gary Vogel’s return to the dry bulk sector has been made official.
The former Eagle Bulk Shipping chief executive was appointed to the board of New York-listed Pangaea Logistics Solution last week, according to a filing with US securities regulators.
Two new directors
The move has been expected since the 23 September announcement of a merger between Pangaea and a private MT Maritime vehicle in a stock-based deal.
