A top shipfinance lawyer has raised concerns about how a Brexit vote will impact London’s status as a leading finance hub.
Harry Theochari, global head of transport at Norton Rose Fulbright and acting chairman of Maritime London, says he is extremely concerned about the Brexit result.

Speaking personally, ahead of any formal statement by Norton Rose, Theochari told TradeWinds: “My greatest fear, which I know is shared by the City of London, is that Brexit may well result in a number of leading international banks and financial institutions either moving their offices from the UK or locating their head offices away from the City of London to another location within the EU.”
