Shipping agency giant GAC is expanding in New Zealand in a deal with Swire Shipping.
GAC said it has agreed to buy Swire’s ship agency Quadrant Pacific for an undisclosed sum.
Quadrant Pacific was formerly GAC’s network partner in New Zealand.
“This acquisition marks a significant milestone in the company’s long-standing presence in the region,” GAC said.
