Oaktree Capital Management has taken a 49% stake in leading Norwegian owned shipmanager OSM Maritime Group.
Funds managed by Oaktree are behind the purchase but sees OSM’s majority shareholder and executive chairman Bjorn Tore Larsen retain majority control
OSM has 500 veseels under management, with more than 11,000 employees and 30 offices worldwide.
