Mitsui Engineering & Shipbuilding is heading for an operating loss of JPY 2bn ($18.2m) this year, it warned today.
It comes after losses at its industrial plant division dented its overall performance.
Mitsui Engineering, which last week penned a new alliance with Tsuneishi Shipbuilding, still expects its bottom line to stay in the back for the full year.
